
Role Overview
Contracted as an Agile Business Analyst, you will be assigned within a service enhancement work stream to identify system gaps. In this role initially you’ll be making high level estimates of efforts (in story point format), calling out assumptions and prioritising the order of work.
You will work with your team to confirm the team Sprint goals to enable delivery of production ready-to-test code/software output for arrears and credit management systems as part of a software migration.
Within your role you will ensure continued seamless business continuity for all client customers following multiple large book migrations and integrations through a well-maintained sprint backlog and a consistent high volume of user stories that support development releases.
You will be responsible for
Identifying / analysing / developing and engaging stakeholders within key strategic campaigns to deliver on time against key business objectives.
Collaborating with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to prioritise and manage product backlogs effectively
Identifying and mitigating impediments, proactively addressing issues with your scrum team and Scrum Master
Leading a group within agile ceremonies (Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives).
Covering the needs and scope of company financial data, focused on the main goal to deliver an interim operating reporting capability through Microsoft Azure & Microsoft Power BI to support the programme
You will have
Strong workshop facilitations skills
Proficiency in the use of agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and CONFLUENCE
Proven track record as a Business Change Analyst with at least 3-5 years of experience with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to form clear user stories.
Ability to apply several BA tools and techniques to complete gathering / analysis / validation / management of requirements.
Demonstrated capability within estimation and sprint backlog grooming/refinement.
