
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Suitability of Advice Claims specialists to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a range of suitability of advice claims related to regulated SIPPs. You will have the opportunity to build cases from the ground up, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to positive claim resolutions.
You will need to conduct thorough investigations into suitability of advice claims, including gathering evidence, analysing documentation, and conducting interviews. Manage the entire claims process, from initial assessment to final resolution, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
You will be expected to prepare comprehensive case files, including calculations, redress proposals, and detailed correspondence.
As an experienced professional, you will maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting on claim progress.

You will have
Proven experience in handling suitability of advice claims within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of investment products, particularly SIPPs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A Level 4 qualification and/or hold full FPC/CEFA accreditation.
Recent documented work history in SIPP, investment and pension products.
