
Role Overview
You will be leading and supporting four scrum teams during this transition, ensuring efficient collaboration, effective delivery, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Agile within all scrum teams.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence change and foster a culture of agility and innovation.
You will be responsible for
Leading on Agile and Scrum principles within all teams
Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to prioritise and manage product backlogs effectively
Identify and mitigate impediments, proactively addressing issues that may hinder team productivity or delivery
Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment prodanannotatiommunication and knowledge sharing
You will have
Proven track record as a Scrum Master with at least 3-5 years of experience, driving successful Agile and Scrum implementations
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
A strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Previous experience managing multiple scrum teams
A background in transformational programmes within Financial Services in the UK.
